VelloraComfort does not accept physical returns of products.

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Requests made after the 180-day period
Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes initiated before contacting us
We encourage customers to contact us first before filing a dispute with their bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and affect future purchasing eligibility.
