Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control. Delays caused by the shipping carrier do not qualify for a refund.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will provide a replacement shipment at no additional cost to the customer. Refunds will not be issued for carrier-related delays or lost packages.
